My wife and I purchased an AB-ENERGIZER First off, we never received all of the pieces we ordered. Pieces that cost us extra, on top of the cost of the unit. The unit worked great for a few days and within a week didn't work at all.
We contacted the company after about 50 phone calls and just as many e-mails we were told that we will receive a refund. We paid the shipping (certified mail - it means they have to sign for receipt of the item) to have the product returned to the company for exchange. We were guaranteed a refund in as little as 60-90 days.
The time passed and no refund. Again we tried to make contact and to no avail. Finally after 18 calls in one day (my wife is very persistent) someone finally answered the phone. My wife immediately asked to speak to a manager and was told by that manager that we will expect our refund no later than 5/28/02. We have yet to receive a single penny for anything.
We filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and when the company (Family Products, LLC.) never responded to the BBB, the complaint was closed as unsatisfied. To this day there is still no listing for Family Products, LLC 5315 Lindbergh Lane Bell, CA 90201 on the BBB site.
We were instructed by the BBB to take the company to court. This is what we were told by the BBB. Exact quote "Your complaint was closed as unsatisfied because the company did not issue a response to your rebuttal. If you wanted to pursue this any further you would need to take them to court. Thank you." That was that.

The BBB is not a government agency and has no legal authority to do anything to anyone! The only way to get listed on their site is to have a complaint against you or to be a member.
Although for $700.00 you can join and get listed. Another SCAM in my opinion. I'll save that for another listing though.
It has been almost 2 years since our last contact with Family Products, LLC. Still not a single penny of our refund.
