I contacted the company and informed them that there was a problem and was told by the representative to return the product. I would then receive a credit on my check card within 1-2 bill cycles. The product was returned on February 18, 2002.
Well, 1-2 bill cycles came and went. For over a year, I have been trying to get my money back. Since that time, my check card has changed numbers, but no sort of credit has even been remotely made from this company.
The toll free number that was being used was cancelled and the company has gone out of business. What sort of business operates in such a ridiculous fashion. I will be reporting this incident to the BBB and the FTC, so that others will know not to order from these phonies.
