The website offers shipping within 7 to 12 business days after purchase. These items were for Fathers days gifts to be givin on 6/19/2011. The approxomate time of delivery should have been around June 10th 2011.
I have made several attempts to reach customer service regarding my order via email & phone and live chat. The email keeps returning as invalid email address, the phone number that is offered, is a recording to prompt you contact them through email. The live chat system is currently unavailable.
I have just filed a report with the Better Business Bureau and noticed that this company has 23 complaints filed against them with similar issues.
The purpose of this report is to warn others before making a purchase. The payment system allows you to make a purchase, for you to find out you may never see your mechandise or refund of your money.
