How do we start. She is suspost to be a dance academy and she has added all this other stuff that she is not licensed to do. Lets first start with the Facial, she gives chocalate kiss facials, manicures and pedicures for children. Is it just me, but is she not crossing health laws with this one. She is not a spa, or trained in manicures and pedicures. How about a health hazard. Then there is the cover of her programs were she is dressed as Snow white. Kate do you realize you can not do trademark characters and put them on your programs is really not smart. She also is up on craigs list doing birthday partys and face painting and balloons at your house or her studio. All that requires a different license and special insurance. Your insurance, if you have any, will not cover face painting and balloons. Don't take my word for it call your agent yourself. Then to top if off she put glitter on the kids faces. There is no such thing as safe glitter. You are an academy according to you, not a spa , or snow white, or Hanna M. all Disney trademarks. In my opinion she is a train reck who choses to follow her own rules and not rules that were made to protect kids, she is suspost to be an adult, and she acts like a kid.How can she keep the kids safe, she acts like a kid herself.
