On April 3rd I ordered a mustache tie clip from the company Fancy. It is May 20th and the order still hasn't arrived. When it hadn't arrived by April 20th, I contacted the company to inquire about the delay. They informed me that there was a back order on the product and that they would send the tie clip as soon as they were restocked. Mind you, they made no attempt to inform this was happening, I had to contact them. On May 6th I recieved noticed that the packed had shipped. However, the tracking information reveals that the product was sent to a FedEx station but hasn't moved from there. Again the company made no attempt to inform me that there would be delays or that the package had been lost en route. It's May 20th, there has been no delievery nor refund at this time.
