This is an email I sent to fandango help customer service department.

This is not resolved! The space provided would not allow me to respond. I could not type in it. This response is not appropriate considering you advertise in your name a free ticket if an offer is purchased in the Fandango name. It advertises one click and a purchase and you will receive a free ticket. You are sent a confirmation number and a hyperlink in you email address provided from them. Meanwhile, the (trialpay website) will not come up. No one understands or knows about this promotion in the guthy-renker customer service department. I will be sending this email and all the transcripts from conversations with Fandango (Jonathan) and Proactive(Janelle #81) to news stations so that this does not happen to anymore consumers. If you are wondering what this is regarding it is over a MOVIE TICKET! I will not give up until I am compensated the ticket promised to me when I spent the money on the proactive! The code given on the 16th of June is EDSOFCF732. A very unhappy consumer! I will use the rest of my gift card and that will be it. I am not satisfied and feel scammed! Typically our offers automatically credit 99% of the time, however if you are not seeing credits for an offer you have completed we have implemented a receipt processing system. If you can please submit the confirmation email your receive from Netflix upon completing your registration with them to receipts@trialpay.com with this messaged included in the body, our team will be able to verify your offer completion and credit your Fandango ticket with out additional delay.
