We purchased a house full of windows to the tune of almost 14,000 when we moved in our home back in 2004, it was an old home that needed a lot of updating. These Windows were purchased from Fanelli Window Pros, who used to be in Pottsville, but they are now located in Mt. Carmel Pennsylvania. I have about 5 window that I cannot use at all in my house they are junk.
I have been calling Fanelli window pros to get a few windows fixed they installed since the end of March 2012. I have 5 windows in my house of 13 that they installed that I cannot use at all. They have a lifetime warranty on them, but every time you call the only response is that you are in for service, and I do not know when Gary will be able to make there he has been in Harrisburg servicing for the past few weeks. I am on his way to and from Harrisburg; he cannot stop in here on his way to or from? I was told when I called on 5/11/12 that we understand you need them fixed, we have other service jobs in the area too that Gary needs to get to as well. If there are that many service jobs in the area, then why is there only ONE person that is servicing all of PA. This is crazy, to beg someone to come fix windows that they charge so much for and have a lifetime warranty.
I have been calling for over a week again and the phone just rings, no message no answer, I call the 800-638-1050 # and the 339-1645 # and no one answers on either of them, I sent them a message on line thru the website with no response also sent a message via facebook, all of which went unanswered, or ignored.
I would like my windows fixed, I am not asking for anymore then for Fanelli to fix the windows they sold and installed for me that are supposed to have a lifetime warranty. It is summer time, I cannot even utilize what I paid almost 14,000 for that are supposed to have a lifetime warranty on them. Nor, can I get an answer to IF or WHEN they will be out to fix them.
I would not recommend this company to ANYONE!!!! They are all great when you are buying, and making that decision to purchase from them, but wait till you need service, you get attitude when you call after the first time, because they are busy well I guess so they are busy. They have all these people needing service that they cannot service.
