1. They never paid for any legal service.
2. They said they were going to pay for said services.
3. They were aware of the fact that "attorney assumes no obligation until all services have been paid," and, most important of all:
4. The address I was sent to was incorrect!
Against my better judgment, I went to the address that THEY ORALLY TOLD ME TO GO and that was WRITTEN ON THE PLEADING!!! I believe they have committed malpractice AND now defamation and slander. Should they continue this defamatory rant, I will seek every legal remedy available. Thank you.
