That's how I got the company's REAL address in Sherwood Park, Alberta, not the distribution center in Aurora, Colorado. They are now working to get my money back for me.
First, I bought the trial offer of tooth whitening from DazzleSmilePro because of their ad. on Facebook. Unimpressed with the product, I returned it and cancelled my subscription but was billed anyway. I spoke with a customer service rep. at length to no avail and eventually insisted on speaking to a supervisor where I explained the situation and did finally get my money back.
Then, I noticed 2 additional charges on my statement for $24.82 with this company name ELITEPACK 8663962729 CY. I called the number and asked them what this charge was and they said it was for a membership to World Club Fitness (http://www.worldclubfitness.com/members/). I told them I had not signed up for any such thing and wanted a refund for my 2 payments totalling $49.64, and they told me that I was automatically enrolled when I purchased the Dazzle Smile trial offer, that they do not give refunds and that the details were provided to me with my e-mail receipt from Dazzle Smile Pro and that I had had to call in if I had wanted to opt. out.
I dug the original e-mail out of my trash folder, and there was no information about World Club Fitness, whatsoever. I was then told that it the e-mail must have gone into my spam folder, which I countered by asking why it wouldn't have gone into my inbox like the Dazzle Smile e-mail. Then, I was told that it was clearly outlined on the site where I signed up for the trial offer. Going to the address provided in my original Dazzle Smile e-mail (www.dazzlesmilepro.com) I am redirected to http://www.dazzlesmilepro.com/contactus.php where it simply says: "Please note: We no longer sell this product or anything related to Dazzlesmile".
So, I asked for a refund multiple times on the basis that I did not sign up for this product, and that I never received any such product or information on how to find the product (since it is web-based only). They refused. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that the representative I was currently speaking with had the authority to resolve the issue and that they do not give refunds. After repeatedly demanding to speak with a supervisor anyway, I was finally put through, and as I explained to the supervisor why I was speaking with her, the moment I mentioned a refund, she hung up on me. I called back a second time and they wouldn't put me through to a supervisor at all.
Now, I have a complaint filed gainst them with the BBB and am waiting the results.
