In April, 2006, Mr. Faris Ghani was arrested and indicted for theft, a Class A misdemeanor under the Ohio Revised Code 2913.02. Later that year, he was convicted of this crime. The case number is B0602533 with the Hamilton County Court of Clerk. Records indicate that his case underwent expunction.
Mr. Ghani served one year probation, performed community service, and was ordered to repay the victim restitution.
Following his discharge from community supervised release, he moved to Saudi Arabia in 2008 to pursue a job opportunity in the banking industry with Emirates Bank of Saudi Arabia as the head of consumer finance.
In 2010, he returned to the United States to pursue another job offer as chief operating officer with the Center for Advanced Spine Technologies (CAST) which is based in Cincinnati where he currently runs this position today.

I know he is a thief, fired from Center For Advanced Spine Technologies for embezzlement! He stole thousands of dollars to pay for his kids private school tutition, personal trips, took loans out in CAST name saying they were for remodeling and such with new office buildings. Once a thief, always a thief.

In several sources, he has denied all the accusations of being a thief including his own birthday of December 8, 1971 (12-8-71).

Isn't this the same guy whose website is located at http://farisghani.com and was started on June 15, 2012?
In our beautiful religion of Islam, we do not condone theft. In fact, in our ancient religious culture, your hand would be cut off for stealing. Fortunately, I am against cutting off one's hands and am in favor of public humiliation.
In his pointless attempt to "move down" in the Google results his court case regarding theft, Mr. Faris A Ghani created a new website at http://farisghani.com where he uses a false toll-free phone number and a Google map of the greater Cleveland, Ohio area.
If you asked me, if he is professing to be something he is not on his new website, you must question how much of his theft case is false. Reputation and credibility are big for any employer who looks to hire a new employee for their company.
If Mr. Faris A Ghani believes that providing half-truths about his "business development" would score points with a new employer, then I would watch out for crooks such as these.

I am not surprised to see this post. When he worked for us, we suspected Faris A Ghani for theft at our bank but were unable to prove it. He was smart to leave before we caught him in the act.

If we have you confused with somebody else and if you have nothing to hide, then why are you using your initials "FG" instead of your full name? Is it because you really DO have something to hide?
According to the transcript, you hired a lawyer to handle your theft case. You were convicted of this crime and had to pay a fine and court costs. Now if this is all a misunderstanding, then why did you pay $2500+ dollars for a lawyer and court costs. Was it out of the goodness of your heart to give to public the court system?
Why does the probation office have a listing for a Faris Ghani who served 12-months of supervised release as a sentence for your conviction?
How do you explain your time in Dubai? Was it because you could not find a job in your field with a criminal record in Ohio?
Now if that is not you, then what other Faris Ghani is in Cincinnati with the same date of birth?

If this is a false accusation as you say it is, then why is it that in the Hamilton County Court of Clerk's office, there is a Faris Ghani, with a birthdate of December 8, who was indicted for a theft charge back in 2006? This Faris Ghani also happens to be from Cincinnati, Ohio.
Perhaps it was not in April 2006 but was in March 2006? What part of this allegation is NOT true?
Is it coincidence that there is another Faris Ghani who graduated from Summit Country Day, has the exact same birthdate, and has a theft conviction which is now expunged?
If this is REALLY you, then why are you trying to hide your past misdeeds by claiming that it is false? Your theft conviction is NOW public record that will haunt you for the rest of your life. If you lie about your past, you are no different than the person who committed the theft.
