Farjami Farjami LLP Unresponsive partners, low pay, disengaging atmosphere Mission Viejo, California

This firm basically permeates with the air of condescension and lack of mutual trust and respect.  It's essentially 2 partners who hire a bunch of untrained/novice individuals to do patent work.  I find it amazing that they can charge 200 or 300 an hour.  I guess clients don't have much of a choice to go elsewhere.  The treatment of employees is very flimsy at best.  Most employees never get raises until you ask multiple times for raises.  In fact, most employee start out with ZERO benefits.  The partner is especially anal and an asshole, pure and simple.  Check out the uspto website or ca bar website on the experience of people at this firm and you will notice that they are all pretty recent.  Anyone who works there for a year or so leaves this firm because the pay is insultingly low and there's no real feeling of mutual respect. 

The guys who run this firm are middle eastern, probably Pakistani or Iranian.  They are very difficult people to work with who don't seem to take any interest in employee development.  It's all just about money money money.  Maybe it's their culture that they have taken when them coming to America.
