It should have taken no more than 2 rounds to get the design we needed, but instead it took 7. This pushed the project past the deadline and over budget. We were assured that the website would be completed on time, but instead they sent us an unfinished site.
Since that point, it has taken Valeriya 10 days, 14 days, sometimes even longer just to respond to an email. We have tried to notify a manager but no one gets back to us. It has been nearly 4 months and we have no website to show.
If you are considering using Farpost for your web design, I would seriously reconsider.
