I am a tenant in a home that was sold at a foreclosure sale with a lease through Dec. 2013.   The investment group started harassing us imediately and started the eviction process prior to title transfer.  We were current on our rent and were notified of who we were, our lease and the Tenant in Foreclosure act of 2009 in which they would have to honor our current lease.  Liebearts office ignored this law and continued to use scare tactics to try to get us to vacate the property.  They Lied, falsified documents and did not properly serve us on many occations.  They drug this out with the courts for many months and because of their games had cost us a lot of money.  We had been told he  has a reputation with other attorneys and court staff as being shady.  We did start to file a complaint with the state bar, but was recently told he dropped dead?  I would not use this company or anyone affiliated with them, they are not honest and waste peoples time and money.
