Fast Growing Trees, Twigs not trees is what I received Fast Growing is the FASTEST RIP OFF AROUND Charlotte North Carolina

I ordered seven Royal Empress trees from Fast Growing trees online. When they arrived what I found when I opened the box was an absolute disgrace. The trees were nothing but a bunch of broken twigs no larger that a rose stem and that is being generous. The video of the Royal empress shows a nice well established little tree full of foliage.

Of the ONE tree that arrived undamaged due to the company just stapling these trees to the bottom of the box (poorest packaging idea I have ever seen) That little tree had only two or three leaves on it. Another arrived broken but I have been able to doctor back to health. The other five are a complete loss arriving with no leave and broken stems. All the plastic containers were squashed.

When I contacted the company (mind you, they do not offer customer service where you can talk to a human directly) I sent email after email asking for a refund. They went in to their standard terms of service for packages that arrive damaged. FEDEX DID NOT DAMAGE THE BOX, the box didn't have a ding on it. The trees were A: twigs and no way they would hold up to much shipping unless carefully packaged and B: STAPLED to the box, well several came loose from the staples and pummelled the others in the box.

How is FEDEX responsible for this claim when the box arrived in PERFECT condition yet the plants were PACKAGED poorly. Either way what shipped was NOTHING like what I thought I was buying. If you look at the video of the Royal Empress Tree that is NOT WHAT YOU WILL GET. You will get a half dead twig. I told the company THREE TIMES not to ship me anymore of their crappy plants yet I got a notification this morning that they are shipping them which I promptly contacted FED EX and explained the situation and they cancelled their shipment. They are unethical have the poorest customer service I have ever seen and take you money and run.

If anyone wants to do a joint lawsuit I will jump on that band wagon! FEDEX is also going to investigate this complaint as if they file an Insurance Complaint with FedEx they will be committing fraud. I paid about $25.00 for a twig of a plant. With only two living. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY BUY A TREE AT (((competitor's name redacted)))!
