The information provided in this report is based on comments made by Paul Cozzolino during an on-site inspection held by a third party verification company with no biases toward Fast Fix 123.
Fast Fix 123 is a company specializing in providing tech support for people experiencing software or hardware issues with their computers. With software issues, the company is able to provide remote service to the client. Hardware issues require the machine to be shipped to the company for inspection and further support. Fast Fix 123 typically acquires leads through direct marketing sources, which put the company in contact with customers who can contact them for service. The customer is then connected with a Level 1 Diagnostic Technician who evaluates the problem.
The sales process as it relates to the customer includes remote online and phone support. “The costs of the services depend on the problems and time required [to fix them]. Services are guaranteed and a follow-up customer contact is made to ensure their satisfaction. The same technician is made available to ensure continuity between the customer and our support team,” explains Paul Cozzolino, a representative of Fast Fix 123.
Fast Fix 123 Customer Care
At times, a customer may not feel satisfied with the services received. “Customers are typically impatient with the time it takes to repair or service their problem. Our goal is to complete the repair or service within 24 hours,” states Mr. Cozzolino. However, he also states that complaints are not common and the team at Fast Fix 123 makes every attempt to satisfy their customers. The company employs the use of a refund policy, depending on the situation, and the team may also still continue to offer additional support even after a refund has been issued. “Customers are generally satisfied after we refund their money,” states Mr. Cozzolino. After a complaint is resolved, Fast Fix 123 has a follow-up procedure in place to ensure the continued satisfaction of their customers. “We have a department that contacts customers within 72 hours to follow up on our services and the results of the repairs we performed to see if anything else is needed… We have a daytime and a night time courtesy call-back team,” explains Mr. Cozzolino.
A complaint posted to Ripoff Report referred to a customer who did not feel they received the services they were promised. To ensure their customers are receiving the best service possible, each of Fast Fix 123’s technicians are certified, the company is a Microsoft Certified Partner, and they are affiliated with the Better Business Bureau. Mr. Cozzolino and his team make every attempt to ensure their clients’ happiness, even if that means referring their business elsewhere. “We do not outsource anything and keep all services in-house. If a situation arose that we were unable to repair the product, we would return the item and have the customer seek service elsewhere,” explains Mr. Cozzolino. In response to the Ripoff Report, Mr. Cozzolino explains that they believe the complaint was lodged by a former employee. “With the amount of customers we have, it’s unrealistic to believe that we can make every customer happy, [but] we try to make every customer happy,” he states.

“This is actually an unfortunate misunderstanding. Our diagnostic technicians do, in fact, have to make sure the customer's computer qualifies for the remote service. They have to check the connection and some of the features of their computer to ensure it will be able to sustain the remote session for the entirety of the repair. We have continued our training on this portion of the diagnostic to make sure our technicians do not offer a service we cannot provide and do a better job explaining when and what they are qualifying.”

Fast fix 123 in the company script it says that they have to take it to best buy or office max and to hold on to see if the computer qualify for in-house remote support ,,, guess what its a fraud they just say that to scam people into them fixing it … they just put u on hold and wait a few second and then they say i got good news you do qualify for remote support loll west palm beach Florida
THe compnay overcharges to fix the computer but thats not even the worst part.,,,, they scam people in their script it says that the customer hast to bring in the computer to a bestbuy or staples and it is going to cost 250-350 dollars to fix and its going to take 3-5 days to fix.. They try to scar the consumer, then they say hey let me see if you computer qualifies for rempote suppot, let me check a few things.. THen they put u on hold and say yes i have good news your company does qualify for remote suppport and that its the smae prive as the store but more convient. meanwhile they never check anything they just put the comsumer on hold wait a few seconds and say it qualifies and guess what athy all qualify
