A company employee wrote the following "Any unsatisfied customer can contact our office at 877-204-7404 to speak with a Customer Support Representative, during the hours of 7am 7pm (PT)". I did such after cancelling their fraudulent advertisement. I was told by Jennifer "you did not call to cancel your order", "a refund is not going to happen", "I can't refund the $74.97 that was charged to your account". When I called their customer support representatives a recording says "your call is extremely important to us", and when a rep answer the rep says "how can I provide you with excellent service". When I cancelled I got a name and cancellation number but Jennifer says the number I am giving her is my account number. When I wanted to speak to a supervisor or manager she gave me the corporate office in United Kingdom and said the corporate office does not have telephones for me to call them. This company does not honor its terms and conditions. I complied by cancelling the charge to my account three hours later well within the 3 day trial period. But they continue to charge my account $74.97 until I changed my account number. And when I called today, February 16, 2010 they tried to get me to give them my new account number, but I REFUSED. Then the representatives, Jodi and Jennifer got very unprofessional and obtuse with me and accusing me of not calling to cancel and that this phone call was the first the company had received from me. I guess she doesn't realize proof is in the cell phone bill.
