BACK THAT UP WITH PAPER WORK,I ALSO HAVE THE OLD FUEL PUMP TO PROVE THAT PUMP FAILED,
ANYWAYS YOU TONY TRENDAFILOV DID NOT SPEND A DIME AT MY SHOP AND YOU DID NOT SHOW UP
WHEN YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO FOR US TO CHECK OUT ISSUE,EVEN THE FORD DEALER WHERE
TONY TOOK THE PUMP BACK TO AND RECEIVED A NEW UNIT FOR FREE (WARRANTY). FORD WILL BACK
US 100%,RARELY DOES A FORD UNIT OUT OF THE BOX HAVE A PROBLEM,AND I CAN ALSO BACK UP
THAT STATEMENT FROM THE PARTS MANAGER AT THE FORD DEALER , AND AS FAR AS OUR PRICING OUR ESTIMARES ARE ALWAYS LOWER THAN ANY OTHER SHOP IN AREA,TONY YOU ARE A LIAR AND I CAN
BACK EVERYTHING,SO SAY WHAT YOU WANT ON HERE,ITS ALL BS,AND YOUR STATEMENT YOUR GOING
TO TAKE ME OUT OF BUSINESS,WHAT A JOKE,MY CUSTOMERS NO ME AND WHAT WHERE ABOUT, SO
YOUR FALSE STATEMENTS AND IGNORANCE WILL COST YOU.

POSTED: Monday, December 03, 2012issues,tony bought the car from my customer who paid for the fuel pump replacement,a couple of days later there was a problem with inaccurate fuel reading,tony called and i told him to put gas in vehicle to see if guage was working,we have never had a problem with a ford factory unit so it had to be checked out,tony was supposed to bring vehicle in and i would look at it,if pump sender was bad it was covered by ford,we would replace it,tony showed up with an attitude like
we did him wrong and had it fixed somewhere else,if he would have brought pump in we could have returned to ford and got a refund,but he chose to go somewhere else,we never collected a dime for the repair from tony,he bought a used car for 6k from my customer who paid the bill, tony is not a customer of fast lane auto care,and as far as price on pump ,was a ford product so we go off of there list price,had tony not come in with an attitude we could have refunded fuel pump from ford,we do not rip of any of our customers including senior citizens, tony is an irate man who needs help!!!!!!! and this business is run integrity and honest customer service,all of our customers will attest to that.
