FastloanFast This is a payday loan company and they withdrew from my account $30.00 for a loan which I did not apply for or authorize this withdrawal. I spoke with an agent by the name of "Summer" who was very ru , Internet

My checking account was debit for $30.00 by this FastLoanFast for a payday loan, which I neither applied for  or authorized.  When I finally got through to a live "agent" as they call themselves and tried to explain the situation to "Summer" not sure if that is even her real name, she would not listen at all.  Summer informed my that this was a one time charge and that it is not refundable.  I tried to explain to Summer, as I was getting madder, that I DID NOT APPLY FOR ANY LOAN and how a company could just debit someone's account for no reason.

Summer implied that someone would just put money into my account and I shouldn't pay it back, which I tried to AGAIN explain to Summer that I NEVER APPLIED FOR ANY LOAN.   Summer did not care and hung up on me.

I called the company again and waited on hold for 17 minutes and again I got Summer.  I think she is the only agent who works there.  Again, I asked Summer what she would or could do for me, as I wanted my $30.00 back and Summer in her bitchy and condescending tone, stated "she already told me what she would do" and Summer hung up on me again.  

Not only is this FastLoanFast ripping people off, their customer service SUCKS.  Summer  did not even care that I had not applied for any payday loan, she didn't even tried to work something out and find out how something like this could happen.


How long has this been going on and how do we stop it.  Not only would I like my money back, I would like to see Summer get FIRED.
