This company person named John Wright called my cell phone and then my work phone threatening to file lawsuit against me for a payday loan which they state I received in January 2013. I have never applied for this loan or received this loan. When I questioned him regarding details he demanded to speak to my supervisor. I refused. He stated if I paid the $312.00 that they would send me a 16 page printout of the details of this payday loan. I refused and he called me repeatedly finally giving up.
