Fasttrain college they miss used funds and i was transfered to another college but have not sent transcripts to the other college. Internet

I went to Fasttrain college, due to the problems they had been closed down. The FBI was involved with the school closing down due to mis appropriation of school funds. Well due to all the problems I was  given the chance to finish college at Florida Career College but I can't be closed out after finishing school due to them not getting my transcripts from Fasttrain college. Please help so I can get closed out at the college that i have finished. I don't want to be stuck taking classes over at another college. can I get any help with this problem.
