I contacted Fathers Choice (Premier Family Services) about helping with a custody issue. Their pitch sounded decent. The took my credit card info and said that I would be charged ($98) once I watched a video they were going to email me and signed their "Terms and Conditions".

They charged me prior to me acknowledging anything. I called that day and had the charge taken off my card and cancelled any further business with them. They then charged me their monthly fee ($48.95) the following month. I called to get a refund. I was told that my account was cancelled and I would receive my refund in 3-5 days.

After a week and no refund, I called multiple times and was told that I needed to speak to a supervisor. At first I was put on hold for 45 minutes at a time waiting. Then I was told that my name and number was given to a supervisor and they would call me back. It's been over a week and I have called them over 200 times. I have not received a call back nor have I received a refund.

Rebuttals are bogus, too!!!

I followed their instructions that they put in their rebuttal. Glad I didn't hold my breath because I still haven't heard from them. THEIR REBUTTALS ARE JUST AS BAD AS THEIR SERVICE. Do not use these guys. They say they've helped over 5,000 families. I wonder how many they have screwed over. If I help one old lady across the street but run over 15 in the process, that doesn't make me a good samaritan. Unbelievable that they cannot return a simple e-mail or phone call. I filed a complaint with the FTC reporting these guys for bad business practices and theft. I hope enough people do it to run these people out of business. They are not doing a service to the majority. Although they play themselves off to be altruistic and only in it to help families, they are worthless, money-grubbing criminals who should not be allowed to "help" anybody.
PREMIER FAMILY SERVICES - I HOPE YOU READ THIS!!!

You told me how to rectify this, I followed your instructions and you still fail to contact me!! Your promises and rhetoric are empty! Do not trust these people!!!!!

I do not expect a response, as it would seem really easy to speak to either Victoria or Adriana and find out the whole back story about my case. I know they have my phone number, I verify that every time I call. I have no problems getting through on the phone, but Victoria and Adriana say they have passed the info and the "supervisors" are not taking action.

I find it easier to believe that you submit your "rebuttals" here to make it seems like you are taking action when you continue to give the "run around" to many of your customers. I'm awaiting your reply (but not holding my breath).

Don't believe Premier Family Services

If you look at all the Company Rebuttals for all of their complaints, it says to call in and your issue will be resolved quickly.

I was initially put on hold by Victoria as she attempted to find a "supervisor" that I could speak with about my account. She said she could not find a supervisor and that she would pass the message on and that I should expect a return call.

It has been a week since that time and I have since:

Been told "one minute please" by Adriana at least 9 times and been placed on hold for over 30 minutes each time.

Been told by Victoria that she would address my treatment by Adriana. I spoke with Adriana two days later and she said she knew nothing about it.

Had the story changed from "I will receive a call from a supervisor" to "I have been put on a list of other refund requests that is handled in order and is at least 3 pages long."

Was told by Victoria several times that the Refund Manager (Craig?) was out to lunch. (Is it a good sign when a company actually has to have a "Refund Manager"?)

Been called a liar by Adriana as she said that Victoria did not tell me that I would receive the refund in 3-5 days.

Was told by Victoria that she has passed the messages on and she has no idea why I have not been contacted.

Have been told by both Victoria and Adriana that there is nothing else they can do.

Don't believe their rebuttals! They do not return calls, they do not return e-mails!
