Fathers Choice Ripped Off In Buffalo, New York Golata California

Last Year on July 18, My daughters Mother moved back to Buffalo from Glendale Arizona. She had gotten Married out there and was a bit "bawlsy" upon coming home. She filed a court date to take my daughter away from me and I had very little money on me at the time because I had just paid all my monthly bills. I went online and found Anthony Gordon on FathersChoice.org They called and gave me the sincerity act and I fell for it hook, line, and sinker. They said "Oh sure Mr. Forti, we have people in the Buffalo area who will show up to court with you and you can take full custody of your daughter. All we'll need is a startup fee of 98 dollars. " Thinking they were legit I gave them the numbers on my card. The very next day the 98 dollars was out. Noone ever called me after that.

Two days later I went to court against my daughters mom, alone. My ex came to her sences realizing that I am a good dad and dropped the court filing. I then emailed Anthony Gordon, notifing him of my displeasure in the company. I had left him a message and then 3 more after that. I then remembered that I was told that if I notified them before August 19th that I didnt want any money taken from my account, just let them know and the deductions would stop. I emailed him and the next day 49 dollars was deducted. I called everyday after leaving messages with them and the next month 49 more, then 49 more, and then 49 more. Finally after a couple run ins with my bank they told me to change accounts to stop the deductions. The funny thing was that the bank actually got my money back from the fathers advocates group, but this conman actually talked my bank into giving him the money back. I would be interested in any and all class action suits against this vile corporation, because I feel that one father who needs help is vulnerable. A bunch of angry fathers together is something to be reconed with.

Finally, I beg of everyone reading this who is even considering using the internet for any kind of legal help not to. It'll be cheaper in the long run to get real live help and by doing that, companies like this will have no way to exist. I hope that this man gets caught and burned at the stake. People like the rigas family and madoff get jail time for this stuff. I want the owner of this company to rot behind bars for a very, very long time.
