The FBAA/ fair business association of america, IS NOT A GOV. AFFILIATED. As a matter a fact, its NOT A CONSUMER PROTECTION AGENCY EITHER!!
This fraudulent corrupt company, or what ever they are, takes what they claim to be "affiliation" money from ASAP MOTORS and other corrupt companies, to lie to consumers about the fruadulent activities, ethics, and business ratings of these corrupt companies.
The FBAA also down talks the BBB, claiming they do a better job than they do, HUH ! Even the BBB warn consumers abour ASAP MOTORS and its ethics and bad business ratings. As of 2-16-06 there were 221 processed complaints against ASAP MOTORS and more to go, and the last time I checked, there were 12 pending law suites. The FBAA will denie this and lie to you about it and fruadulently tell you ASAP MOTORS has an " EXCELLENT " business rating, and no complaints filed with them, I know I filed 2 complaints on there web site, and 6 more over the phone when they refused to acknowledge web site complaints.
On another part of the FBAA's web site, where there, SELLING THEIR CORRUPT SERVICES TO THEIR FRUADULENT GANGSTER BROTHERS, they tell these other companies how they will help those corrupt companies, " to continue doing well, and help them " QUOTE " IN ELIMINATING ANY NEGATIVE ASPECTS FOR YOU. yeah !!! You dont even have to be intelligent to know whats going on there.
I think some one should create a web site for on line petitions for the web. The new age and wave of crimes involving the internet should also accept a new means for cosumers to rid ourselves and the net of these imoral, fruadulent, thieving gangsters, and give the consumers a real way to actually fight back, and protect ourselves, and to get our government agencies and proper authorities to start taking prompt and timely action against these fruadulent companies.
The BBB, the FTC, the IFCC, state attorney generals, the FYI, and the FBI, should all be involved in this, and want to be. And we, as consumers have the ability to make sure this happens, and we do this by filing complaints.
Complaints agaisnt the crooks, the ones that are helping them, and the ones that wont help us, the consumers. Follow up on all your complaints, call & call & call & call & call & email over and over and over again, and we will get it done. Knowledge is power but you have to use it.
