FedEx / Kinko's of Boca Raton FL is one of the worst FedEx / Kinko's I have been in to try to get something printed. We entered purchased a card and tried to print a 25 page presentation. After 3 minutes we did not have enough money to print the document and nothing happened. We asked for their help and one of the employees said it would take 4 hours to print in the back and that he could not help because he was to busy. Another kid came around to help that was new to the FedEx / Kinko's and suggested we try a different computer. We moved computers and again it did not print. He explained to us that the Manager and Assistant Manager had called in sick and the guy in charge did not know what to do. We then asked for a refund and could not get one, reason being that neither manager was in. After 30 minutes of trying to print, we left with nothing in hand. They were rude, unhelpful and did not know anything about their network. Last time we try printing at FedEx / Kinko's of Boca Raton.
