There are caring people that are working tirelessly to help with the investigation and to get FDRS shut down.
Mexican gangbangers? Yes. No client care? Correct. Empathy? NONE. Apathy? Yes. Lies? Yes. Greed? Yes.
They recently snuck away from their Hollywood office to try to avoid service. If you have nothing to hide, why run?
Mark Cella laughs at his clients and their concerns. He really thinks he is something special and above the law. He twists the facts with conspiracy theories to confuse his clients.
We have him on tape yelling at the sales reps saying that the customers "are too stupid to understand the contract" and to just get them to sign it and fax it back in.
His back office was a mess. NONE of the files were in order. I can only imagine what sort of mess they are all in now.
Contact your creditors and work out a payment plan yourself. Don't waste your time, money or hope on Federal Debt Relief System (FDRS). Mark Cella and his criminal friends will just screw you over. Plan on being harassed. Male? Plan on being degraded and not getting your final pay. He will charge you $20 per day to use his phones to sell his garbage.
