This company promises to eliminate all debts and get you cash back from the collectors by following their 18 month program.  They charge a percentage of your initial total debt a fees for their services, to be used to prepare your lawsuit to be filed in Federal Court.  It never happens.  No lawyer ever materializes nor do they even give the right information.  They wait for you to get sued by your creditors then they disappear.  It may be cheaper to just settle with the banks than to use these frauds.  Do your own homework and speak with a real attorney before trying one of these companies.  It sounds great at first, but the results are quite unpleasant, leaving you owing more than you started with and having paid FDRS in the meantime.
