At 3pm I went to the facilities and he showed me the package and said he repackaged the box in a larger box and charged us for the additional packaging and shipping rates. We paid a total of $64.50 in shipping costs including $700 insurance for Fedex shipping. This was November 18th. I received an email from the client who said it arrived scratched and the internal parts of the computer laying in the bottom of the tower, wires disconnected. [continued below]....
The Goin Postal store was contacted and they claimed the customer may have done this to get another computer, FEDEX claim was filed but a week after the claim was sent through said that they needed more photo's of the inner packaging. I had the client send me a total 18 photos of package inside and out and that wasn't good enough. FEDEX is stalling on this claim and I know we didn't ship this computer in this condition. We tested it throughly and all was working fine. Fedex and Goin Postal dropped the ball on this one and I am out the money on this computer now and neither wants to accept responsiblity.
