I was looking for a student grant, since I have recently gone back to college. I sent the $39.95, but all that I recieved in return was an out-dated guide. All of the student grants in the guide were set to expire in 2004. Since I bought this guide on Dec. 28th of 2004, it proved totally useless. On the web-page that I bought this guide, is a message saying that if you don't recieve a grant, then you can get 100% money back. This also proved untrue, since I have been trying for three days now and no one has bothered to e-mail me back. The web site says that you have to fax something in to the company to get a refund; however, they never bother to tell you what paper or where to find it. They also have a tech support sight (support@federal-grants.net). I have been trying for three days to contact them too. But to no avail. They expect you to buy even if you are a little iffy because of that guarantee. But what they don't tell you is; that in order for you to get a refund, you have to contact them, then they have to mail you some paper, then you fill it out and fax it back. Which would be ok, if they would send me the stupid form, but they won't even respond to an e-mail that says "Please explain how to obtain a refund from this company" I have never been more dissappointed with any purchase in my whole life.
