Two years ago Chris Howder, then with Federal Home Saving Solutions, said he could help us with our loan modification thru Wells Fargo Mortgage Company.  We were very anixous to keep our house and over the following year, he gained our trust and when he told us to make "trial" payments to his company because Wells Fargo would not accept partial payments, we did.  These trial payments have now accumulated to $30,000.  Wells Fargo knows nothing of these payments!  Chris has changed the name of his company 3 times and the email, websites and telephone numbers keep changing.  I have filed complaints with every government agency I can think of.  I feel really' really stupid!
