Federal Solution Center , Golden Grants , World One Direct Grant , IGS , MGR Solutions GRANT SCAM ARTISTS AND POSSIBLY IN ONE LOCATION Champlain New York

My husband was trying to see what help was available for us, as many others out there have done, and of course he provided his information for Federal Solution Inc. They recorded the conversation - as far as we know - and my husband came home and talked to me about it.

Of course I didn't buy it, and we don't have 299.00 to fork out to some company that claims they'll get us 5,000. There was nothing in writing and that made me suspsicious. My husband called to cancel on April 9th, they said that if they did they wouldn't be able to do it again. ( Yea right! ) Well, my husband thought if we could get the money together it might be worth it, as we're in a huge bind, so he arranged for them to wait until April 29th and if he wanted, he needed to cancel before that.

Within a few days of the call to reschedule payment - which I'm not entirely sure was recorded or not - this company took the money out of our bank account under the name of Worldwide Merchants LLC, saying Verbally Authorized By Depositer, but it also says For Global Lead Source INC, customer service number 866-747-1223.

I have checked the BBB at BBB.org and there are numerous companies listed at their address of 1320 State Route 9 , Champlain , NY , 12919 under the names Federal Solution Center , Golden Grants , World One Direct Grant , IGS , MGR Solutions. All of these companies offer the same service. All of the older numbers I checked have been disconnected, other newer ones go to voicemail - as the federal solution center's now goes to voicemail as well. Golden Grants seems to be the newest addition, and I got a live person that time. I admit, they sound convincing.

I am not sure why the FBI or other ferdal or local law enforcment officials have done nothing about these companies at this location since it appears they could in fact all be the same company.

Please, check the BBB before buying in. If it seems too good to be true, it probably is. Unfortunately my husband learned the hard way. Now he will not give out our information to anyone that isn't extremely legit - and known to be, or at least a member in good standing with the BBB.

If there is anything that can be done about these companies, I'd love to know. We filed a dispute through our bank and it will be 3 - 5 days before we find out what will happen with that. I hope for the best, but am not counting on it too highly.
