My husband and I filled out a questionnaire on the internet in 11/2006 and were contacted by an individual from Federal Solution Center in 12/2006. She sounded very nice and guaranteed if we pay $299.00, their service was guaranteed. If they did not get us at least $5,000 in government grants for loans, and $25,000 for home repairs, they would return our original $299.00 fee. They also promised this was a one time fee and we could receive grants each year. We gave them checking account information and in 10-14 days, they were supposed to take the funds out of our account and they would send us an application. After a month, they never took the funds out. I called and asked what the hold up was, they said it was an error on their part and they would take the funds. They took the funds immediately and we expected our "package" in the mail shortly after. After about 4-6 weeks, we never received a package. I called and they told me they fired their mail company and were using a new company since they had problems. I waited patiently for about another month and called back. It was busy a lot, so I had to keep calling. After I got ahold of a gentlemen, I wanted to ask for a refund, but my husband insisted I be patient. He told me they had the wrong address and they would get the package out. He also said if we do not receive the package, they would refund the $299.00. After a month of not receiving the "package", I knew we had been ripped off. I called after that and their phone number no longer works. I then looked at the BBB and noticed there were 69 complaints filed against this company. Lesson learned I guess. I'm still bitter and would like to see justice. It's become a principal issue since they have so many people's money that desperately need that $299.00.
