is a engaging in fraud, apparently they sued me at the wrong and incomplete address and are now threatning to have me arrested if I don't turn over personal information.
I recieved their letter by accident, and the address they were mailing their demands to is incomplete, they simply mailed it to aparment building.
They are now using NJ Discovery law to threaten to put me in Jail for a debt I never heard off.
They were already sued in ILLinois for running a similar scam

A U.S. Attorney office needs to look into this, as this is a large consumer scam they are running in NJ and other states.
If there is a class action lawsuit anywhere pending against this criminal enterprise please let me know. Someone needs to put a stop to this monster.
