After having had dealings with these people it left me wondering whether or not other people had the same type of experience as mine..........and after nanoseconds of searching google ....low and behold....The Rip-Off Report.........if only i had found it sooner.
It seems the company has 2 main people running day to day things......One is Ian, who seems very pleasant on the phone and comes across as very helpful and concerned at your problem and who will help sort things out for you..............do not be misled............no sooner have you put down that phone does he do a disappearing act. He usual practice is to be 'in the yard' and his reply is always 'phone back in 10 minutes'.......to which when you phone back Ian has either gone to lunch or is not on the premises at the moment....leave your phone number and we will ge him to ring you straight back......
The other is our David Connor, owner, proprietor, chief con.......If you are unfortunate to have David on the end of your phone line when you ring with a problem be ready for some sharp tongue!!! This obviously is a man who cannot deal with the fact that he is inadequate!! When ringing (after waiting 10 mins) to speak to Ian, David answered my phone call. When i told him what the problem was he was most helpful in pointing out that it was my problem and i was to deal with it!!
I cannot say what the problem is at the moment as they have my address and contact details and would know straight away who i am. Needless to say that i am in the process of taking them to Civil Court under the Sale Of Goods Act (1979).
If anyone has had any dealings with these people please, please contact me as i have further information that could be very damaging to this company,which will result in massive fines, but i need to a few more people to collaborate with myself in doing so.
That being said, i do hope that these people see sense and start treating their customers with a lot more respect and operate a genuine business.
