I phoned them up explaining the situation and they said i could send it back for a refund. This has taken nearyl 4 months to resolve with continual calling. The deducted postage fees which was never mentioned when they said i could return it but i could see their point here but then they deducted 20% as well!! They had no reason for this at all and basically said i could like it or lump it!!! Awful company, liars, rude - dont bother with them
