This is a response for this article from the CEO of MCS. The article is false on its content, and defamatory and done with malicious intent. Our original client Bruce Hamilton claims he did not put this article and has asked RipOff Report to remove this article. Bruce Hamilton has applied for a loan program with our company his loan has been taken and all contracts have been done and revised by attorneys. Bruce Hamilton applied for a loan not for treasuries.

The services that were committed through contracts where to process, underwrite, compile a Loan Presentation Package to, represent and negotiate and procure a loan.His partner and my friend Ray introduced Bruce Hamilton to me, at our company we have an open policy to serve our clients and we are always available for them.  Bruce Hamilton was engaged with a placement and syndication company to close his loan with a funding source. One week ago the syndication principle and myself and Bruce Hamilton had a conference to discus his funding.

In the conference the syndication principle indicated to Bruce Hamilton to change the use of funds from allocation to all employees and to diversify the funds to the overall business concept. The syndication principal indicated in the conference call that the funding source was concerned about the excessive uses of funds in payroll. The principals also indicated that at this point the collateral was not going to come into place but after the funding source gave us green light for the loan.

Bruce Hamilton has always cooperated with his conditions although his partner Ray had mentioned that the contracts that Bruce Hamilton had with Illinois where lost and that there was no purpose for the loan. After the discussions and the conference call between the principal of the syndication group and Bruce Hamilton and myself, Bruce indicated he was ready for the next step. Immediately after that we learned about the report in the RipOff Report, I immediately called Bruce and asked him what had happened. Bruce Hamilton said that he did not posted this report and he asked the RipOff Report company to take it off.

Apparently the RipOff Report company does not remove reports even if asked by the original author or if it was a mistake or if they are false or defamatory and requires legal action and to buy their services to deal with this unfortunate issue. MCS has the experience and departments to conduct the services for loan programs with anIntake Department, Processing Department And Compiles The Presentation and Submission Department. Loans do require conditions and information for funding sources we have a 5-step system to conduct our services in a very efficient way and we have a lot of help for the borrowers. MCS has modern loan programs to protect the lender in risk control.

We are going to work with the legal system to clear this report with the RipOff Report Company that was put with false, slanderous and malicious information and intent.

The complaint that was filed was filed by a cleint of ours who states that the complaint was misfiled and he would like to have it removed.

Someone filed the following complaint RipoffReport.com about my company dealings with Universal Capital Solutions Corporation.

However, I do not know where other informatin in the ripoffreport complain comes from, question the accuracy of this information regarding my company's dealing with USC (e.g., complaint notes that "we contact Chicago FBI") , and would never make a personal complain about an individual (e.g., complain that "Fernando Rios Alias - Fernali Ferrice will keep giving you the run around and will not refund your money.  Stay away from him, he will steral your money! with his photo)

For the above reasons, I respectfully request that you remove this complaint.
