A representative by the name of Charles Flemming from Fidelity Lending Group called me and told me I was approved for a $6,000 loan. I was SO happy about this because I am a student trying to get back to college for my last semester after much struggle and hardship. Charles Flemming explained to me that while I did not qualify for an unsecured loan, he was able to approve me for a secured loan, and that all I had to do to get my $6000 was to send in $1060. He said that this would secure my loan.

He explained to me that by sending this $1060, it would allow Fidelity Lending Group's lenders (um, hello, I thought Fidelity Lending Group WERE lenders!!!) to purchase and insurance policy on my $6000 loan, so that on the off chance I didn't pay the loan back, the lender wouldn't lose their money because of this so-called policy.

I am so thankful I listened to the nagging urge inside my head that told me I needed to do my research on these people! Charles Flemming sounded so legitimate, and the faux company has a website and a telephone recording that all seem very authentic. After finding ripoffreport.com, I never bothered to call those people at FLG back, so I didn't hear the spiel about Western Union of Money Gram'ing money to Canada.

I am not sure what sent up a red flag, all I know is that I got a very uneasy feeling right away. I can't believe these people. I have saved every last penny of my money after a lot of hard work! Had I fallen for this scam, my dream of finishing college would have been gone! These con artists destroy peoples dreams! BEWARE!
