I took my dog to, Fido's thinking I would get her a shampoo, hair cut and some bows on her to basically pamper her since she is like my child. When I went to pick her up, I was beyond appalled.They were carrying my dog to me which at first I thought awww how sweet of them.However when I got my dog out into the parking lot, she was limping and crying pretty bad. I went back inside and I asked them what had happened. The owner tried to say that my dog was already like this, No, my dog never was like that. I couldn't believe the audacity that they had to lie that my dog was like that. I had to take my dog to the vet and she has a torn ligament. I looked online at their reviews and I see other dogs have been abused, people have witnessed abuse , and my dog is abused.  I have reported them to animal control too. Hopefully soon something will be done about this HORRIBLE place
