Field Agent Do not waste your time Internet

i began using field agent about 8 months ago after losing my job and needing extra income. i have had a few denials here and there for jobs, some my fault, some their fault. most of the time it is not a big deal because they do not pay as much as most companies for mystery shopping. today, I accepted a mystery shop and one of the requirements was to look for a rep and wait 15 mins for him or her to come back on the floor. I did the gig exactly as requested and it even said in the app wait 15 mins and get a bonus. im already there so no reason not to wait. I did the job waited more than 15 mins and they denied the job saying I did not wait. 

it was pouring rain when I arrived, I was cold and needed gas money. i would not recommend putting any energy into this company. if you want a better alternative go with easy shift as they give longer time frames to complete jobs and they pay more and without the lies.
