Mr. Hogge (keenan.hogge@fieldassets.com) works with Keith Mefford (keith.mefford@fieldassets.com) and Joan Mougel (joan.mougel@fieldassets.com) of FAS who was implicated in a scheme to deprive legally residing tenants of their home in California after an illegal foreclosure instigated by IndyMac Mortgage Services, Inc.
IndyMac and Field Assets Services hired Matthew Jay Cohick of Monster Mowers in Lancaster, CA to break into the tenants home and steal their belongings then lock them out. The broker-property manager during the incident of illegal eviction was Susan Kline (Susan Joy Kline, Sue Kline) of ReMax of Valencia (sklinerealtor@aol.com).
