I received a call in the afternoon where I was told I had to replace 3 door handles and the entire light system in the rear driver's side. I took the car home and to my surprise another mechanic checked my fuse box and realized one of my fuse had blow and one of my light bulbs wasnt working. The total cost for the fuse pack (which brings 10 but I only needed one) and the light bulbs (which also brings two but only one was needed) was less than ten dollars. 10 dollars fixed my problem and Fields BMW was charging me over 1300.
This is an absolute rip off. I feel bad for all the customers that take the cars there and get ripped off. I actually paid 139.99 to get the wrong diagnostic in the car.
