For more than 6 months, they have "issues" on their servers. Their poor customers - who paid them for being "premium user" - can't use their services most of the time.
No option to upload - uploads get stuck, downloads are slower that free users, and all in all - after paying them good money - I still need to use other sites to send things to my clients. Because, as I said, FileFactory site doesnt function.
When a customer complains and ask for his money back - they say they have a non-refund policy.
Well, this policy could be okay, if the customer regrets for no reason, or because of some personal reason. But, if they can't give the services we paid for - it is rude to use the "non-refund policy". It is a fraud!!
They know they can't give the service, but they continue to offer their premium anyway. They know that almost any user who would pay them for premium, will end up with complaints about the problems in their site, but they don't care.
They are just trying to make money... and they are cheating to achieve it. I would not be surprised to find out that their "servers" are just two "pentium 3" pc's with 80 gb... Save your money, stay away from those scammers.
By the way, they just replaced their "support page", and delete all the previous complaints.
I guess they had so many complaints and bad feedbacks, so they needed to delete in and open a clear page...
