FAA is requesting for $20.00 in order to validate the disbursement of $2,342,000.00.   Final payment of this huge amount of money is dependent on satisfactory completion of claim requirements ($20.00) and verification of eligibility/submission.  Eligibility requirements are:  1.  Person is indeed the addressee for whom this message is intended; 2.  Person is a legal resident of the USA; and 3.  Person is at least 18 years of age as of the date of signed certification.  

FAA issued a fake certificate with a Pending Payment Accounting number and a Tracking Code.   The certificate cites this paragraph, " BY MY SIGNATURE below I certify that I have provided information freely and hereby grant full permission for you to verify all facts to confirm before forwarding my Funds Payment Pending Accounting to me via first class mail.  My Payment by Cash, Check or Money Order for $20.00 (payable to FAA) is enclosed.     NOTICE: Claim MUST be postmarked by Midnight 112012.   Complete and mail to:  FAA, PO Box 527800 Miami, FL 33152-7800"

What a scam!!!
