i have been ripped off by financial alternatives. they stole 1,065.72of my money i paid for 6 months and didn't recieve my pc and when it was over due i called and called to no avail.

that is when i called my local BBB which i learned there were over 500 complaints. i then stopped payment since i live on a small income i am on disability. i also called dell to find out if the order was put in and they told me they don't or have never sold pc's to these people and that they only sell form the web site or from walmarts in some states.

so i am really ticked they ripped me off and now i will buy from dell. i won't trust anyone from now on also my BBB said some people have recieved refunds
