i was promised an unsecured mastercard or visa would arrive in six to eight weeks. i paid two hundred dollars that would go toward processing my visa account on which i would have a twentyfive hundred dollar limit.
instead of getting the visa i received a card only good for catalog use. i was also told i would be able to use my visa at any store that accepted visa. i either want my unsecured visa card with the twentyfive hundred dollar limit or my two hundred dollars back.
