Financing Alternative Computer Ripoff Chesapeake Virginia

This company is a total Rip-off. We ordered a laptop computer on 10/19/2006 and were told that it wasn't submitted to be produced on 5/3/2007. we paid the entire balance off on 5/29/07 and were informed that it would take until 7/3/2007 to be completed.

After numerous e-mails to the so called "customer care" we were told that due to "server" problems, our computer would not be completed and shipped until 120 days after 5/3/2007. The most recent inquiry made was answered back "we don't know where your computer is". How can you order a computer and not track it from order inception to delivery?" Also they tried to steer me to use some arbitration website that I'm sure they own.

I have notified the Attorney General's office in the state of Ohio to investigate these clowns.

Also if my computer was done on 7/3/2007, why 2 months later it cannot be located. They also refuse to hear any word regarding refunds.
