Financing Alternatives Computer Financing Rip Off Chesapeake Virginia

This company advertised on cable and satellite television that it could finance credit challenged people,by offering delivery of a new computer, printer, and software bundles after 2 options of 6 initial layaway payments, or a one time total of $367.00 and the banlance would be carried by the company as an installment of monthly payments for the remaining 9 months as terms for the computer were for 12 months.

This company drafted out of my savings account the sum of $77.98 twice a month, starting in November of 2006, and as of September 2007,Ihave not received a computer or any of the merchandise that was quoted in the sales agreement. I have tried to contact the company numerous times, and was told that shipping was delayed and allowed 120 days.

Well it has been more than 120 days I have received nothing yet, and now the companys' customer service department does not answer calls,there is just a recording to e-mail the company or write them at an address that is completely different from when I first started dealing with them. I have filed a complaint with the consumer affairs office in Virginia, as I understand that the state attorney general has taken this company to court.

Seems this company has been drafting money out of people's accounts all over the country, and has not produced any computers to them as of yet. All total they drafted over $1,400.00 from my account, and the last e-mail I received, was that they had no idea as to when I will recieve my merchandise, and that my money would be non refundable.
