Financing Alternatives, on june 01, 2007 i called the company to confirm my delivery date for the computer. she tells me i would not be getting my computer equipment for another 120 days. Chesapeake Virginia

july 30, 2007 i called cust serv to make sure the delivery date would be on task, i spoke with a lady, she said that the computer would not be delivered for another 120 days, due to shipping delays.
since august 1, 2007 i have been trying to contact the office by phone. voice mail comes on saying office close call back another time. i am having a hard time of excepting this. i kept my promise for all requirements. i feel as business the company should be responsible in the same way. i have not stopped payments at this time, the lady in cust serv said if i do i would loose all payments i invested. i not sure on what to do.
