This is reminiscent of two charges in December, 2008, on my VISA account for containers of ACAI berry capsules, each for $87.13. I had ordered a free sample, agreeing to pay $3.95 in shipping and handling. I cannot give you their address, because ACAI berry ads are ubiquitous, and their address did not appear on my VISA bill. Each charge, however, was accompanied by a phone number, but nobody ever answered at either of the phone numbers; a recording at each number told me that their voice mailbox was full. I had to close my account to stop their charging me.
The representatives at VISA who helped me said that they have had numerous complaints from people who had not ordered but were charged for ACAI berry capsules.
