We were just advised that he is filing bankruptcy, never booked flights, never purchased the trip insurance his customers paid for nor booked the cruise as promised. This package cost us over $14,000.00 for a Tobin James cruise to Tahiti this April 2013. The original deposit had to be by check. We have been paying for over 2 years. We had no communication from him. Tobin James finally sent an email to notify all of the customers that the guy is a rip off artist.
Don't believe a word he says....
We will be filing a lawsuit and spending a great deal of time making sure this guy goes to jail!!!
