I have received 2 different bills as of date somehow connecting this rjm acquisitions funding. One has Fingerhut attached with the so called creditor name. It has been 15 years since I had an account with them and to my knowledge that account was paid off and it was for less than $150.

The Second letter I received is for another account in which I had 15 years ago and also thought was paid off. It was for a catalog credit card in which the credit limit was no more than $200. They are claiming that i owe them $8,230.

This is so bogus it is not even funny. I have a suspicion that this company is checking to see who had accounts or who may have applied for an account and they are scamming them.

Talk about way beyond the statute of limitations as it is. This is just plain crazy! This crap needs to seriously be taken care of. There are many of us having a hard time enough as it is in this economy, we don't need other people trying to rip us off!
